RETURN POLICY

We, at Trigger Point Technologies Australia (TriSpecific Pty Ltd), want you to be perfectly satisfied with our products. See our iron-clad Guarantee.

If, within 60 days, you are not satisfied for any reason we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. After 60 days, TPT will replace your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to 120 days.

To make a return or exchange by mail, simply send all products and original packaging (including mesh bag & DVD) with a copy of your invoice/receipt to the address below. Indicate the reason for the return/exchange and the action to be taken.

If you do not have your original invoice/receipt, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order Date and Number
  • Method of Payment
  • Item Description
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Action to be taken upon return

We will process your return/exchange within 1 to 2 weeks. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, however, for your protection, it is highly recommended that you obtain delivery confirmation (tracking) and insurance, and retain a copy of your receipt.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.
