Delivery Methods & Shipment Timing

DELIVERY STATEMENT

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from time of order.

If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfil these terms we will email or phone you advising you of the delay. You will then have the right to cancel your order, if you so decide, without any penalty.

All orders are processed every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Special arrangements may be made to process your order on Tuesday or Thursday if necessary. Orders received after 12:00pm may be mailed on the next processing business day.

All orders are mailed via Australia Post or courier. TriSpecific does not assume responsibility for items not delivered or misrouted. If you have not received your item(s) within a reasonable time frame please call customer service on the number below.
