Subject: The Wonders of Trigger Point!

Hey guys,

Just thought I share this news with you guys. So you'd know that I've been working really hard for the upcoming City To Surf 12km run; this will be the longest I've ever run in my life (my longest was 9km and that was in 1999!).

I've been running as much as I can, throwing in the occasional Crossfit WOD for variety. I've been faithfully TPing before and after each of those sessions and MAN what a difference it makes.

So, if this actually helps, here's the real figures of improvement, based on my run timing and milage:

Before Trigger Point

22nd June - 6km - 46mins - Avg pace 7'41"

After Trigger Point

8th July - 6.22km - 44:39 - Avg pace 7'10"

27th July - 7.03km - 45:43 - Avg pace 6'30"

4th Aug - 7.42km - 47:11 - Avg pace 6'21"

It's amazing! Feel free to share this with any of the skeptics out there!

Hugs,
Gordo

Hi Kristian,

Couldn’t get the message to work from the web page so I thought I’d email you direct with my comments.

Just want to say thanks so much for your continued product support, i.e. latest ITB blurb - we (hubby too) love all our TP tools - and DVD's - it's amazing how the body works. I've worked out a pain in the arch of my foot is related to the calf and anterior tibialis, soleus, patella tendon - wow - I work them and the pain goes away and I can run again. THANKS SO MUCH - injury or age will not weary me anymore (just turned 48 – fittest I’ve ever been)!

Kind Regards,
Anne Davies

Hi Kristian,

Thank you for your recent shoulder videos. I have had bad shoulder pain for about 2 months. It has happened before but only in one shoulder and this time it was both. I couldn't sleep properly because of the pain every time I moved or tried to just pull up the covers there would be shooting pain. I could lift my arms above my head with some pain but the killer was bringing my arms back down. It would bring tears to my eyes and this wasn't while working out either- just everyday things around the house and while dealing with children on a daily basis.

I have been using TP gear since last year for plantar fasciitis which has been wonderful and has enabled me to be able to run again. I didn't even think to see what TP Gear could do for my shoulders until you sent me the email with the shoulder videos on it. I can't believe I had all that pain for so long and went through so many tiger balm patches when I had the TP gear sitting here the whole time! Thank you so much. After 10 minutes of doing the exercises from both videos I was painless and I will be doing them every day from now on as well as watching my posture and drinking more water.

Please keep up the emails and videos, they are so helpful.
Regards,

Hi Kristian,

I have been working out and training for at least 20 years now and often had difficultly with tightness and soreness in the muscles. A few years ago I was introduced to Kristian at Trigger Point, at first I was very skeptical of the the Trigger point system. Until I slowly started using it correctly and I have found that it actually has improved my training and recovery. In the past I would often sub an exercise if a particular body part was too stiff or sore. But now I have been able to work this stiffness out. This in turn has improved my training and results as an athlete.

I am always having my clients roll out before and after sessions and they are very aware of the benefits of Trigger Point Therapy.

Thanks Kristian for all your help.

Hi Kristian,

You wouldn't remember me, I met you and purchased a plantar faciitis kit back in the IRONMAN tent earlier this year.............Lisa............here's another story to add to your success list: During Autumn/Winter I trained and completed the Sydney Marathon (after 5years of no long stuff!) in 3;39. I still need to use TP tools every other night (5min on each lower leg) but it enables me to do what I love - RUN! Thanks for a great invention.
Best regards,
Lisa Cash
