How To Fix ITB Pain

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

I have had many people ask recently about how to effectively treat IT Band Syndrome. Here is as short video blog on how a few simple practices can see you get rid of the nasty ITB problems (like Andrew’s) quickly and also effectively. I’ll have comments activated by tomorrow, so you can leave your thoughts or even requests.

    Hey Kristian,

Great work on the blog. I can’t seem to get the vimeo vid to play…

Oops scratch that, I just hit refresh’ and that seemed to do the trick…

I totally agree with what you say about putting in regular time to build incremental improvements that add up to a big improvement.

    Good work mate!

Right I’m gonna get to work seriously with my TP therapy kit over the next few months and beyond! I need to make it a habit. (I kinda slacked off it for a couple of months – sorry!!).

This video is really useful though. I need to correct myself when i sit at the computer at work. I’m a slouch.

    Nice work, Ange :)

Nice clip Kristian. It’s motivated me to dig out my TP kit…especially with a matter of weeks before Ironman and a bit of tightness setting in!
