Hi Kristian,
thanks for the contact. I’ve been using the knee exercises almost daily – about half hour session. There has definitely been improvement particularly in the last couple of days with less puffiness around the knee. Haven’t run yet but did a 130km ride on Sun including hills and strong headwinds. Knee felt surprisingly good on Mon – I expected pain/swelling but little or none. Will hold off on a run for another week and plan to start slow and short. Will let you know. Overall I find the tools great and wish I’d got them years ago. It’s a great massage, kinda like a myotherapy session. I have no doubt that it’s well worth using and I will continue to do so.
