There is no disputing that self myofascial release (SMR) works. Like anything, you actually need to do the work and it will work.
I just received an email from Aaron that has had four knee surgeries and we just know that he’d have a ton of crap going on in his legs, hips and lower back. These areas all lie in bed with each other, so to effectively make things better for ourselves we do need to go after these areas with SMR and mobility work.
After having our product for about two weeks, Aaron sent me the photo below. Now to get it out of the way from the start… we’re not looking at squat technique here. What we’re looking at is the massive increase in range of motion in such a small time frame.
